I'm trying to loose weight and I'm slowly taking baby steps.
(No, I'm not starving myself.) I ate a three course meal (everything healthy of course) small but filling portions and this morning I weighted myself and "boom" 1kg+ gone.
Note: I did an hour of sports (just standing there and playing catch) and about 15 minutes of dancing.
If no, what is the average weight loss a day? I just want to know incase I'm doing will affect me later on in life.
