Unfortunately, I have a super addictive personality

My PRESENT addictions are:
*intense cardio exercise
*anorexia
*men + sex + dating
*writing
*swimming laps (120 daily) with 30 minute steam room intervals
*music

My PAST addictions:
*alcohol (stone cold sober since August 2011)
*drugs & substances (straight since Feb 15, 2014)
*cutting & burning (remedied since March 2014)
*bulimia (remedied since Dec 2007)

True addictions are things that stop you from living a normal life or stop you from doing things you normally do, so no, I've never had an addiction and I doubt I will ever have an addiction. The only thing that has come close to an addiction is YouTube or gag, but still not an addiction because I still function as normal.

It's the clinical definition so I am not wrong.
You never clarified as to which definition you were referring to but you must be referring to the informal use of it. The problem with using that definition is how do you draw a line for saying that's being addicted and that's not? The line is way too blurry for me answer using the informal definition.
