My breasts are not tender to thr touch but when I push hard against them my nipples hurt is that normal?

When you push hard against boobs they hurt. Most things hurt when press them too hard.

How would tender breast be described? Like how do you differentiate between tender and normal?

Tender is when they're sore to the simplest touch. Normally breast are firm and don't hurt much unless they're roughly squeezed, poked or hit. When they're tender, even simple tasks such as putting on a bra hurts.

Yeh it's normal. Either you're still growing or you may be getting your period.
