People tend to eat when they are bored or feeling sad, and you sound like you feel both. I suggest that you find something that interests you that you can do to take your mind off sad things and help you avoid snacking. Preferably something that gets you out of the house and away from food. Could be hiking,, tennis, anything that interests you. And for when you are in school all day, take healthy snacks (apples, celery, etc.) for those times that you just have to snack. A regimen of exercise would be good for you, but the big step is to cut the caloric intake. When your weight gets lower, your breasts will not be as heavy, and other parts of you will look better, too. You will feel much better about yourself and enjoy life more.

You should do some back exercises so you can support them more without too much discomfort. Also try a more supportive bra, a lot of girls often wear ill-fitting bras, mainly gals with large chesticles. Especially since they tend to keep growing.
When you're older, you can get a breast reduction if you're experiencing severe back pains.

My point of view is to wear suitable and supportive breast braces as well as strengthen the back and abdominal muscles to help you carry your breast weight
because you have big boobs... try to lose weight and see i your breasts still heavy
