As others have said, appropriate exercise may be good for your back, bridging, leg raises, yoga, all are going to increase your flexibility and strengthen your core and nervous system. Personally, I'd also look at organ health too. Particularly your kidneys and large intestine. If you wear yourself out a lot, and don't get appropriate rest and nutrition (not going crazy on the sugar, meat, chemicals, refined products; and generally sleeping from 11pm till 7am; chewing thoroughly and taking the time to prepare your meal), you will get a sore back, boobs or not. Walking is also healing in my experience, too. If you can identify your pain starting once you started your nursing, then maybe you are indeed wearing yourself out and not taking care of yourself?

outside of exercises to strenghten your core, back and shoulders. a more supportive bra... surgery may be your best option. just make sure, if you opt for surgery, that you thoroughly research a good surgeon. i've seen some really bad procedures that resulted in misshaped breasts, very uneven or bad scarring
Omg you're literally me! I'm 5'1" 32DD as well and I was 110 a little bit ago but I've gained some weight (I'm not fat though). I don't have back problems, I mean sure sometimes my back might hurt but I think it's all related to posture. I love my breasts, you should try loving yours.
Duh your boyfriend is super against it lol if it's for your health then I'd get the reduction done. I actually have a friend who had the same exact problem but all throughout high school and she ended up having a reduction because it kept her from doing simple daily activities
i'm super against it. you are gifted. you must strengthen your back muscles instead. start lifting waits being supervised by a knowledgable mentor. it saved my back. and enhanced my physique and confidence too

Weight training will help tremendously. Also, I'd be willing to bet that you hunch over to deemphasize your breasts. That's probably a large contributor to the problem. My daughter is also blessed, and once she accepted herself, her back pain went away. She also earned a black belt so she's in shape, which is important too.
I would try strengthening you core, especially your lower back, before surgery.
https://i.ytimg.com/vi/UydXrCZzSaw/hqdefault.jpgI'll willingly swap my 36GG's for your much smaller 32DD's.
My best answer would be to go to the gym. Talk with a PT and ask him for back exercises. Most of them will help you with it
I say do it and if your boyfriend is that against it then he doesn't care about your well being enough
I mean if it's really hurting you I say you should go and the reduction.
If it hurts ur back then they are too big for u
Accept what is natural.
Pics or it didn't happen.
