When you exercise do you sweat a lot or a little?

It depends on how hard I work out. Since I do light workouts almost everyday, I don't sweat much, but there have been times where I work out so hard that I have sweat dripping down my face.

barely.. sometimes i wear a lot of layers so i can sweat more when running.. taking a shower after sweating and looking/feeling ur skin is a beautiful thing

After 1hr of heavy lifting and 30min of cardio... I'm practically down 5lbs because of loss water weight. Drenched.

I attend the gym about five tims a week, when i do cardio i sweat quite a bit, but when i perform other workouts i barley sweat

If a person doesn't swear it means either they're not exercising right or not pushing themselves enough, which I guess would be not exercising right.

It depends on how hot it is
