Yeah I've been three times. Best trip was to the American River's middle fork, where we went down the Tunnel Chute rapid, which I believe is Class IV.

  But Virgina was Class III I think. It was intense sometimes.

I went white water logging in Venezuela, down some rapids in a hollowed out tree trunk, it was badass!
