that's because women naturally don't have enough testosterone to build that much muscle

A woman that lifts and is natural can only look like this at best:

however, that takes years of training and dieting as these are the best of the best. Most women will end up looking like this:

I personally prefer the bottom the most, so a girl with a bit of muscle tone is good for me.
