Are you girls full of chemicals?
i.dailymail.co.uk/.../...3000005DC-57_964x1071.jpg
I don't really use much of any products. I am an annoying hippie chick I guess. I buy mines from small shops. "Shop local". The lady uses minimal products. And I love how they smell, I feel like store bought soaps and shampoos and lotions smell too fucking strong. I get headaches easily from the really strong scent.
But that lady makes really good soaps and body butters. She also makes shampoo bar soaps. I use that too.
I also get deodorant from another little shop that uses minimal ingredients. But I don't really smell, so I don't wear deodorant everyday. Only like on summer I need it I guess.
I don't use makeup, I never liked perfumes, my hair is boring and straight so I don't use hairspray or gels, and I have a year round tan, so I use tan lotions or spray tans either lol
The only thing I do you once in a while is nail polish. And that's once in a great while lol
Wow great! ;)
I like your hair actually, they're not boring at all.
Are these tan lotions/sprays used to fake tan or remove tan?
Thank you lol
I think girls use tan lotions and sprays for fake tans. Since there is minimal sun in winter.
I just read what I wrote, and man was I tired or distracted lol I'm glad you were able to read through my errors though :P
haha thanks!
========================
Thanks for your opinion :)
this chart is really accurate lol... have seen it before lol... so leme see:
shampoo? yeah
hairspray? i don't even use it so.. NOPE
eyeshadow? yeah (its kinda hard to find those who don't contain harsh chemicals lol)
blusher? i use parabens free blush LOL.. so NOPE
lipstick? yeah
foundation? i don't use foundation lol.. NOPE
deodorant? i don't use then anymore because i had a terrible irritation due to those last year
nail varnish? i don't really wear them (like 4 times a year lol)
body lotion? i use natural olive oil LOL.. so NOPE
perfumes? i use the natural ones (even if they still contain chemicals.. but in really small amounts then)
fake tan? no seriously? LOL i already have a naturally tanned complexion so NOPE!!
LOL. I like your honesty. Sometimes I use olive oil too, I'm naturally moisturised by the way. What natural perfumes you're talking about, never heard of them before?
thanks lol!.. i use the Vanilla perfume from Yves Rocher... tbh my skin is kinda sensitive to harsh chemical stuffs so...
https://fimgs.net/images/perfume/o.7952.jpg
Is it unisex?
i don't know lol.(because my bro often steals it from me lol) but there are more masculine scents from the same brand.. and are free from harsh chemicals too
I'll surely search for these things in market. Are there any specific words for it?
look for Yves Rocher products or look for bio/ecologic products
Thanks my dear Zombie!
welcomed dude
thanks for MH
Anytime Zombie, (when there's such a complete & perfect opinion.)
deodorant, but I have heard the there is some 'healthier" deodorant out nowadays, but it will likely be proven to be dangerous in some other way
They're just without CFC's, they are still harmful for sensitive skin tho.
unfortunately most girls are like that... they don't appreciate their natural beauty :-/
I agree with that sad truth bro. :-/
And the worst part is that it is also harmful for their body too.
If you knew what's in your Fix or in your Pepsi, you'd start drinking retsina, ouzo and raki. LOL.
@Klaatu51
@jacquesvol are you drunk dude? where can i find "retsina" in UK?
Klaatu51
The Greek Wine Bureau that was set up in London in 1992 with funds from the Greek government demonstrated the potential advantages of having a promotional organization.
www.allaboutgreekwine.com/articles/article12.htm
I don't know if it still exists.
wine@quentinsadler. com might know it
Here in Brussels I know a few small restaurants. But I've been told to stop alcohol.
@jacquesvol look man.. i had enough with all these "greek" stuff you mention everytime you see my nickname. it's really annoying. i don't give a shit about greek wine... i don't know what is it, never tried it and i'm never willing to. after all this country's out of my interest... i would never visit it. anyway if you don't stop i'm gonna block you, just to let you know. hope you understood.
Klaatu51
I remember the first time they made me taste unbottled retsina in a small tavern North of Thessaloniki. I thought it was horrible. Later I learned to like it. (Demestica Retsina by Achaya Clauss) can be lacking a bit of the original taste. There's better)

These seem to sell a lot but no wines: https://thelifegoddess.com/eshop/
Here, they have a Kourtakis: https://www.retsina-london.com/wines.html
@jacquesvol it seems you don't understand what i told you. fine. have a nice day man. you got blocked.
LOL you get pissed-off so bad!
You don't need to explain why you need to block them lol
I see what you did there..
Haha.. lol :D

well i use only natural organic products because I have sensitive skin and they are better. So I'm not, but ya most girls are.
lotion, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, foundation are probably the most basic ones every one uses and they're loaded with chemicals. The cosmetic industry for a long time has been a kinda dumping ground for all by products or other chemicals that can't otherwise be used.
You too, do you use shampoo, after shave, shaving cream, any kind of lotion or cream, hair gel, perfume. Same goes for you. And it doesn't even include what we get from our food anyways
Good!
Me? No shaving creams, no after shave. Just hot water only. No lotions or creams, I'm naturally moisturised. No hair gel, olive oil only. Perfume, yes but on clothes only. However, I am guilty of using shampoo.
Nope. The shampoos I use are completely natural and are primarily designed for people of color/people with textured hair. I admit I do use eyeliner and eye shadow every once in a while (like in my pic) but I doubt I wear it frequently enough to suffer side effects. Body wash yes I'll have to look into safer more healthier forms of body wash.
Can I know about the shampoo you use?
Okay thanks :)
@mr90skid ^_^
I use shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and moisturiser at the least, often with natural make-up. Occasionally I use hairspray and nail varnish. I don't fake tan, use body lotion, eyeshadow* or lipstick*.
I see what you did there though ;) I was about to tell you about my implant!
* maybe when going out clubbing.
You're full of chemicals, but wow you're the first girl who don't use moisturiser. I think you're naturally moisturised like me :D
LMAO! Seriously? Oh my goodness XD
Oh $#!'!' You use moisturiser, my bad :/
Can we forget moisturiser for a second and talk about implants? (Just kidding)
Okay.. okay I'll not irritate you any further, coz you got a massive snake! 😨
I thought it is your bodyguard.
Oh it's a 'she', I'm not afraid then :P
Yeah I know, I watched Discovery Channel a lot :D
But the thing is, I attract females and that's why I'm okay with her. ;)
We are all chemicals; our bodies are integrated by cells, composed by molecules, then come the atoms... chemistry is everywhere.
You girl, just ruined my question lol.
And all I did was to paraphrase what my Chemistry professor said once.
Science is my biggest enemy now.
Sorry'bout that, I'm sad to hear it.
Haha.. no I was just kidding. I actually like it very much when someone think out of the box and give unique reply. :)
Did you think I was really sad? If you did, that's too bad, coz I wasn't; if not, good for you. *offers a cookie* 🍪
I was just trying to ruin your apology. (Revenge purposes). You're very tough girl to beat 😢
For most girls probably but for me it's not. The only things I actually use on that list are shampoo, lotion, deodorant, and perfume. The lotion and shampoo I use are all natural too so they don't even have any harsh chemicals in them.
You are very cautious about your body :)
Dude, pretty much everything is chemicals. Even all natural food is chock full of chemicals. I would be full of chemicals whether I used many beauty products or not. You too.
That said, I don't use many beauty products. Shampoo, conditioner, occasional lotion and/or light makeup.
This was meant to awareness. No, personally I don't use any of the above things except shampoo.
I mean shampoo isn't that weird, neither is deodorant and perfume - guys use that too.
But makeup and fake tan and shit like that- no, almost never
(Fake tan NEVER)
What about eyeshadow lipstick nail varnish?
Good job!
Staying healthy is a bid deal now a days.
I use the most natural stuff containing less ingredients... shampoo, foundation/lipstick and body lotion. :P
Ditto. I don't use lipstick however :P
I don't wear makeup, except for mascara on occasion.
But I'm guilty of the shampoo, lotion, and deodorant. I'd hope most guys are too.
Shampoo only :/
Put on some dang deo and moisture you peasant
I use alternatives like Nivea deo stick which is skin friendly and I'm naturally moisturised. Lucky dude here.
Hm, that's good then.
I hate guys with dry skin who avoid lotion because its "for girls. "
Thanks :) good luck beautifying yourself.
never before have I been chastised for using deoderant
If smell is the real problem then we can compromise.
Do I really look :D?
This was just for general awareness (& +7xper too :p)
Oops?
Fake tans and hair spray don't apply to me.
I'm pale and always will be.
Great! :)
lol.
No I don't use many products. I use moisturiser, perfume, shampoo, a little bit of makeup, deodrant... hmm, actually that does sound like a lot lol.
LoL that's a long list, well at least you're honest. Most of the girls here answered that they just use shampoo and deodorant/moisturiser only.
From the pic I am guilty of body lotion and shampoo. I can't live without them. My hair will greasy and my skin will turn dry if I dont use them.
Try natural milk cream instead, :)
Don't take it too seriously, most of the today's body lotions are quite skin friendly. Dove is my personal favourite. It's very great product. Shampoo? Even I don't know :'( I'm having serious problems with my hair and there's nothing satisfactory in the market. What's your choice in shampoos?
Phyoto, I think it's your regional brand right?
d2e0et1nnkoea9.cloudfront.net/.../ph.jpg
Phyto
I think it js european brand
Not available in my country T_T
If you knew what's in your hamburger or in your cereals or your Coke...
by the way, guys use deodorant, soap and shampoo too.
Concerning deodorant, there's alum in it too. Look it up.
What if I introduce you with my healthy diet?
Bro this is just for a bit humour an so much general awareness :) I agree with you by the way.
Yep--we are full of estrogen and pheremones. That's what makes us boy-crazy and has us chasing guys all the d@mn time. ;)
Yeah we are surely estrogen lovers but we hate polyethylene, ethyleparabene and some stuff like these. Stay natural girls. 😊
All I use on that chart is deodorant and shampoo...
Are you sure that you don't use eyeshadow and lipstick?
I don't! I use eyeliner and mascara, but that's not on your chart ;)
You escaped lucky girl :P
I had no idea but I suppose so. All those but fake tan
I hate natural tan too 😕
Good 😊
What can I say, I can't stay away from shampoo and deodorant.
Can't say about shampoo but there are alternatives for deodorants.
Use Power or underarm deo sticks with perfume on clothes. Done!
Well I think maybe but sticks are skin friendly, spray aren't. Good!
Yes. All humans have chemical elements in their bodies :P
We can control it, definitely.
I use shampoo and deoderant... That's about it.
No make up
No moisterisers
No perfume
No hairspray
No nail varnish
No fake tan
Great! You can find good alternatives of deodorants by the way.
No, I have tried many natural deodorants and they don't work on me. I don't smell as I wash often but I do sweat quite a bit from my underarms so unfortunately it's something I'm not giving up.
Funny how I don't llike chemicals on my body via beauty products but I'm more than happy to put them up my nose in the form of white powders... Lol!
Haha
You can use powders and deo stick instead of deodorant sprays by the way. They are better for skin.
Deo stick and deo balls don't do anything but hurt my arm pits!
Really? How can they hurt?
Because they are hard! At least the deo balls are. The deo stick is just useless for me.
OMG really, ah whatever sails your boat. :)
