grapefuits!! they make me feel energetic and like I can take over the world... cause they're huge!!! and when I finish I'm full!!! but not stuffed!! just satisfied! and it goes away fast so I'm just like yay! :p!
As for a complete meal
Small cuts of half of chicken breast, 1 spoon brown rice, 1 spoon beans, 2 cups lettuce (sometimes more), 1 cup spinach, had full of cut celery, hand full of thinly sliced carrots, half of a ripe avocado cut into small pieces, half of a tomato cut into tiny pieces, 2 boiled egg whites cut into very small pieces... I mix it all up and have a bowl of super energy! :D! I know i'm weird.. I invented that bowl, trying to make a super protein bowl my own style and it actually tastes really good!! 2 hours before workout session! ~ If I have no time to make this, I just go with either a fast protein shake or a grapefruit! :p! and I feel really good after!! :D!

BAKED POTATOES. ... oh you meant healthy stuff not comfort food, uhh basically fruits like raspberries (ok ALL berries), pineapple, and nuts like walnuts and almonds yummy! Or really creative salads like one time I had this pear and blue cheese salad with walnuts with dark bitter greens. I don't even like blue cheese but all those flavors and the light vinaigrette, ohh man that was a fabulous marvelous salad.

Blueberries and porridge are my go to energy foods.
I don't feel good after eating any kind of food, I feel good about the effort I put into making it and how healthy it is. But eating it, I feel meh.
Vegetables. BIG BOWLS OF THEM. Broccoli and cauliflower are my favorite. You should try these packages called guava gummies. They are irresistible.
