That depends a lot on the state of your body at the time, metabolism and hormones play a big part, as well as how active you are etc. I've been a few days without eating before, I lost my appetite because I wasn't feeling well and I lost a similar amount of weight. It wasn't that I couldn't keep anything down, I just lost my appetite. It's a pretty bad idea to starve yourself in an attempt to lose weight, undernourishment... is a motherfucker! lol

No, starving yourself is a bad idea. If you really want to lose weight you gotta just change your eating habits. So keep yourself from snacking and just try to eat healthy proper meals.
those ten pounds were probably mostly water weight and muscle. neither of which are good to lose
You're messing up your body when you do that. And you're slowing down your metabolism.
