When I do remove the studs from my pierced left earlobe, It has been 4.5 weeks now. Should I remove them?

The hole doesn't hurt, even I pour alcohol. it has been infection free since the procedure and I badly want to change it

No don't remove it/them, they should have given you advice when you got it done but I remeber from when I got my ears pierced it was 6 week before I could remove them

You're able to change studs after 2 weeks.
just make sure the one ya put in is not plated metal.
