I've been having a lot of trouble falling asleep and refuse to take and medication to sleep. I'm looking for natural ways. Any ideas?
-hot bath or shower
-glass of water
-sleeping pills
-chilled out music or white noise
-get enough exercise during the day
-drink some booze
-relax for at least a half hour before bed - no texting or gaming or anything stimulating
(yes, I did say sleeping pills. They aren't evil)

When ever I can't sleep I drink some camomile tea it seems to help :)

Masturbate. It's a lot cheaper than turning to sleeping pills, even if you were to take benadryl as a placeholder for regular sleeping medications.
