It depends more how much you need the exercise how long do you do it and what time you do it if you do it all at one time it would be pushing too far I like to do a lot of yoga and exercise and well I like a lot of healthy things anyway I do a lot of things at one time like three hours of exercise if you have time with fifteen minute water break between hours or 30 minutes however much water you need I also don't need that much time but I look a lot of healt tips up and have a yoga trainer etc I do think maybe you should look up more about it so it would fit YOUR standard like I can't do push ups anymore on hard surfaces -or at all but I do thm anyway- because I almost broke my wrist bone so too much pressure will make it pop out again I wouldn't suggest doing tht but thts just me so yh like your weight how long and fast you can run etc
Sounds good. But don't forget it's always good to change it up and always push yourself so you can progress. Like add more to your sets or doing sprints instead of just jogging or running longer. But yeah seems fine :)
You're right. I think the amount of sets is actually too low and I might need to double it. I'm not use to organizing work outs lol
That's okay! It's just good you're working out at all! Good for you :) You can start low and work your way up. Don't be in a rush to push yourself to your limits before working up to it.
it depends on your goal it's not the same if u are fat or not
I have no clue what I'm doing
its not bad to start with, depending on your body.
I have the amount of sets too low
