Anonymous(36-45)+1 yMake-up, too much sunlight, and too much drinking/smoking ages your body. My 25 year old sister is always dying her hair, tanning, and she drinks all the time. Someone once asked if she was my mother. I'm 32, but most guess me between 19 and 25. I never go into the sun, or wear make-up, and I rarely drink. I have never even tried cigarettes. I don't exercise, or eat healthy, but I am very active. I hike/walk a lot just for fun. I drink mostly non-diet caffeinated soda. Your genetics play as much part as your choices.

Well I wear mascara, eyeliner, lip gloss, and some concealer (I have acne!) and I NEVER EVER go tanning. I don't drink, don't plan on doing drugs ever, and and I exercise. I don' wear a face full of foundation on and powder and blush, if that's what you mean by aging. Will mascara, concealer (only some, not whole face), and eyeliner age me?
Opinion Owner+1 yThe best thing for acne is to not irritate it by putting make-up on it. I don't know about the eye color, I've never really used any of that stuff. I just know that make-up, in general will do it.
- +1 y
Well I feel bad without concealer on. Are you advising me not to wear concealer and to just wait for the acne to go away?
Opinion Owner+1 yDo you see a dermatologist for your acne? EVERY teenager get at least some acne at some point. Sometimes, you need prescription facial wash, and even oral medications to clear it up. I recommend seeing a specialist, and ask them to help you find the right products that work for you. I can understand the *need* for concealer. Until you can see a doctor, wash it off right when you get home, and try to be sparring with it. You can also research brands that are better for you if you have acne.
- +1 y
I use acne cleanser, toner, and moisturizer every day. usually I don't have acne (or minimal acne) but I have the occasional breakout, which is what I'm having now.
Opinion Owner+1 yTry going natural or very minimal when your skin is clear, it should help cut down on breakouts.
- +1 y
When my skin is clear, I don't use concealer/foundation at all...

So about your question no you cannot change how your body will change throughout puberty , it's genetics.
The only thing you can do if you want to be beautiful FOREVER is to be healthy and be a dictator - +1 y
No no I mean as an ADULT. Of course we all grow old and become unattractive. I understand that.
- +1 y
See read this:
"Be spared an awkward stage and bloom into a beautiful pubescent flower at the age of fifteen. Your beauty will stand out just by virtue of the fact that everyone else around you is hideous with acne. You’ll be a true diamond in the rough, someone who didn’t suffer through their teen years, only to be rewarded with a sexy face and body in their twenties. On the contrary, you peak when you’re 19 and call it a day."
It was from an article I read online. I am 15 and I am beautiful, but according to that article, I peak at 19 and call it day. Seriously? Does that happen? - +1 y
To some people yes, to most people no but what will you do?
Stop yourself from aging?
We all age and stop being attractive to some people.
Come on , just live your life as it is. - +1 y
No I can't stop myself from aging. But I will do everything I can to take care of myself throughout my entire life, even though I still will lose my looks as I get old. However, one can take good care of themselves as long as they are alive.
- +1 y
Well then there you go , you have your answer and you have chosen your way of dealing with life.
Isn't that enough :3
+1 yYou can very well stay pretty for a long time. But you have to be proactive in being healthy and taking care of your skin and body. Yoga and weight lifting does wonders in preserving women's bodies.
07 Reply- +1 y
Yeah I do take care of myself. Eating healthy, sleep, exercise, sunscreen, etc.
- +1 y
Also do what you can for your hair. Mine was leaving me before the age of 21. Im not saying you need to have hair to be beautiful. Although, most girls feel that way, while you have it, flaunt it. Change it up. If you've always had long hair switch it up to short hair. Bask in your beauty.
- +1 y
Wait what... how was your hair already gone by then? Maybe it's because you had a mutation or your genetics went wrong.
- +1 y
Lol no. I trusted my sister who said she could straighten my hair. She used chemicals and screwed up. Burned my scalp and ruined my hair. Now there are areas on my head where hair just won't grow. So I elect to shave my head.
- +1 y
Oh awww :( Sorry. I don't straighten my hair and I don't use hairspray or anything like that. I just trim and cut it once in a while.
- +1 y
Thanks, but it worked out. Being bald makes me look totally bad ass and I love it.

You're welcome :) Good to know.

but it is possible for someone who isn't attractive in high school to become someone who is attractive.
our looks would change as we grow older015 Reply- +1 y
Well duh I meant as an adult, maybe up until 50 or 60.
- +1 y
Okay what I mean is, if I'm a pretty 15 year old girl, can I still be a pretty girl when I am let's say 21?
- +1 y
Okay haha good. Well what about when I'm even older, like 30 or 40?
- +1 y
I apply sunscreen every day, eat healthy, exercise, and try to get a lot of sleep. This is what I have been doing since I was 13. Will that help?
- +1 y
I'm Asian, and I heard that Asians generally age quiet well... and my mom looks beautiful. But she's 51.
- +1 y
Thank you :) You mean I don't have to worry because of my mom or because of the fact that I am asian? Or both?
- +1 y
Well I know but what caused you to say that? Something changed your mind after I told you that I'm Asian and about my mom.
- +1 y
Okay I hope it'll turn out right for myself as well.
+1 yYou age no matter what but if you take care of your skin and all that you might be able to slow down the effects of aging. (just from observing people)
08 Reply- +1 y
No no I mean as an adult up to the age of about 50 or 60.
- +1 y
Well, you can prevent some wrinkles.. and you can't change your genetics so your beauty comes with age :)
- +1 y
Yeah well since I am 15, can I still be pretty when I'm like 30-40?
- +1 y
My great grandmother lived to be 104 and looked like she was 70. Some of her last words were "Take good care of yourself and you will live a happy life." And I can't tell the future, but you can plan ahead. :)
- +1 y
I apply sunscreen every day, eat healthy, exercise for at least an hour every day, and try to get 7-8 of sleep. This is what I have been doing since I was 13. Will that help?
- +1 y
I don't know about sunscreen everyday, you need some vitamin D from the sun. But sleep is really good for your health. As well as eating healthy and exercise, obviously. :P
- +1 y
Yes yes haha :) Thank god for my parents, they taught me how to eat right and what's healthy and what's not healthy. God bless them <3
- +1 y
You are very lucky to have parents that teach you important life skills from a young age :D
Not possible. Everyone loses their looks eventually. Some keep them longer than others, but nobody keeps them forever.
01 Reply- +1 y
Of course... I meant like when I get out of high school and I am an adult.
Anonymous(36-45)+1 yWell, gravity eventually takes over but yeah, I think for the first part of our lives, we can remain good looking (granted you're already good looking)
06 Reply- +1 y
Okay okay I mean is it possible for me to be pretty even when I am like 30 or 40?
Opinion Owner+1 yOf course if you were a vampire, you'd look the same age as when you were bitten, but really be MUCH MUCH older
Opinion Owner+1 yLike I said, gravity WILL start taking over
- +1 y
Okay seriously. I mean I see women who are 40 and still look great. I'm going to work hard to make sure I am like that as well.
Opinion Owner+1 yK, then why ask?

I don't know
