Any grapplers have advice for me?

although I have been in Jiu jitsu for a bit of a long time, this will be my first time in a competition. I'm feelin ghood, ready to test my skills on guys I don't train with on the regular. I'm also nervous as fuck. Is that normal... nervous and ready at the same time? Whut can I do to ease this rush til crunch time? Will this eager rush turn into pretty little butterflies in my stomach in the tournament?
In a nut shell, whut can I do if I'm nervous before a match?
Any grapplers have advice for me?
