Dating

Any advice please?

What would you do if you wanted your partner to visit your place more and go out together more?
I'm constantly doing the leg work travelling to him, I didn't used to mind it, but he made a huge deal about me not having my own place at 30 (was living with family). Since getting my own place, I thought he'd be visiting, staying over etc. He has done non of that. I'm in disbelief as that used to cause so many arguements, he basically used to question how we could be intimate and also made out it meant our relationship couldn't progress. I was always made to feel bad for it, so I moved out
I feel really played, obviously I would've moved out eventually anyway, but I'm sick of his excuses. Moaning now about the fact I don't have a dinning table, but what about me paying bills etc, there's always new reasons why he can't or doesn't want to visit and I'm fuming about it tbh. I want someone I can have stay over, cook for, etc etc.
Any advice please?
