What type of exercise and diet/food did they eat? I heard miley cyrus did pilates but thats it! Miley cyrus and I are the same height, also.

Well just because it worked for them does not mean it will work for you. As a general rule I tell people to do full body work outs 3x a week and cardio for 30 minutes 3x a week. Also trade starch heavy foods for fruits and veggies. Fat is not necessarily bad unless consumed in big quantities at once. Carbs seem to make people gain weight more than fat does.

If you want a work out look up Reg Park or Steve Reeves beginners work out. They are full body workouts and a great work out at that for those wanting to get into good shape. Do not worry about getting huge as that is genetically controlled and unless you take steriods you will not get freaky.

Miley is gluten free because of an allergy, and did Pilates (blogilates literally has a Miley Cyrus themed workout). I don't know what Beckmann did
But I suggest blogilates he has free meals plans and free monthly workout calendars. Just look up blogilates before and after

Just do a lot of cardio and weight train where you want to tone! Also eat really healthy! Mainly lean meat, vegetables, and fruit!

Um you should not focus on just certain body parts. Whole body weight work outs are much more effect in losing fat and producing results that spot training period. Also if you weight train right you will not need more that 30 minutes of cardio 3x a week.

Lol it was just my opinion and what I do. I personally only lift weight targeting certain parts of my body because I don't want to gain muscle in certain areas or certain areqs of my body don't need toning. Maybe the girl doesn't even need to lose weight maybe she just wants to get toned. I was telling her my personal routine which is not wrong and what works for me. Thanks to the helpful people! I've gotten lazy this winter but for a few days a week I prefer pilates 3 times a week and circuit training twice a week and cutting my cal intake 800-1200. I wanna lose weight and tone im a size 7 now

Winters are always the hardest! I feel like I have no motivation for anything and it's too cold! Lol you just need to push yourself! :)
