How to cover up acne scars?

I have some scabs from acne (I know I shouldn't pop them, but I can't help it!) how do I cover up the scars?

Well if you have scabs to minimize the scabby look, I exfoliate. As best you can with a very mild exfoliant but well before you would break or bleed the scab! I say exfoliate cause sometimes for me the scab isn't that bad when it is very mildly exfoliated down. Sometimes between the scab and the new skin coming in it can look like it has rings of flaky skin, and I hate that.

Then for Day a bit of non oil moisturizer (unless you have oily skin) then foundation/concealer/what ever good cover ups you have. Night (this is what I do at least) a bath soaking in the hot water and the steam softens the skin, and helps surface the blemish if it is still under the scab. Sleep on a clean pillow case, cotton or bamboo cover- try not to have material that doesn't breath. Rinse and repeat.

hands down best concealer i've tried (looks super super natural, blends in and stay on , doesn't feel like it's there ) is clinique airbrush concealer. Have someone who works for clinique pick out the tone for your skin (nordstroms is best for that ). I scar very easily and i found best way to make them be less apparent over time is to use vitamin e oil (expensive but worth it ) also a crazy moisturizing lotion works well too.
