Are happy Fat people promoting Obesity?

Just as the title says.~~~~~~~~<<<<<<<< Do you think they promote obesity or not? What is your stance on it?

The American Diet promotes obesity. Obese people are generally the victims of the American Diet, and a bureacracy that absolutely sucks at giving them the information they need for their particular metabolisms.

"If you're fat, it's your fault for eating too much and not exercising." In general we accept that dogma like a bunch of self righteous ignoramuses with zero empathy, because it's partly right. We're happy with partly right, that's enough reason to throw stones which is what we really want to do.

How can somebody promote obesity... if a guy jumped off a roof with a smile on his face , would he promote suicide? Look am a European but I been in states and work in Food department on a cruise ship , and boy , your government and food production industries are the ones promoting obesity... your ingredients are terrible and they are making you fat + fast food. I dont eat that shit no more, feel happy and healthy!

Are you saying people who are not at optimal health do not deserve the right to be happy?
Being happy to be obese might not be the best thing. But being happy in general is something EVERY human should have the right to.
Also, even by your logic only obese people being happy would be promoting obesity, not the generic "fat" person being happy, who may not be obese.

Everyone deserves to be happy with their body regardless of size. There was a study the showed that people who were given positive reinforcement about their bodies were more likely to be healthy and lost weight more easily than those who received negative messages.

No they dont, nobody wants to be overweight, they probably try... but its hard. I think they are just trying to gain confidence to carry on. I know people who were afraid to go out, because people judge them. So i think they are trying to love themselfs which is great because time goes on fast :)

No, just because your happy and big doesn't mean your promoting being fat. Are they supposed to make themselves miserable just because Their big, hell no. You should be happy at any size

"Hell no" This question is ridiculous. It's not like fat people wake up and say " I'm gonna be happy today so people will want to be as fat as me " There just happy like a normal people! If your skinny , and happy are you promoting being skinny?

I think it is more getting moving people back form the super, unhealthy thin look. But there are a lot of obese men and women who now think they are okay, or should be beautiful no matter what, but really its super unhealthy. I love the classic 'curvy' debate right now with women, it has been totally skewed by unhealthy overweight women.
