Will my torso grow any longer?

I'm 17 and I think my legs have most likely reached maximum length, but it really annoys me that my torso is short.

I'm 5'4 and I really would love to be 5'7 my (dad's and older brother's height)

Yes, with the proper sleep, and nutrition. Your growth plates haven't fused together yet, now is the time to act. I;'m nearly 22, I could drink 2 gallons of milk a day, and not grow any taller because my growth plates are fused.

Drink lots of milk, almond milk has 50% more calcium than regular milk. Also drink a lot of water to help your body get everything to where it needs to go, including the growth hormones.

Don't listen to anyone saying the most you can grow is an inch. I went to school with a guy who grew 4 inches his senior year, at 17. Also try some stretching exercises.

Forgot to mention being active is important too. Exercise, (Not too much) nutrition, sleep. I noticed that the people who say they don't like milk tend to be smaller than the people who are milk drinkers. I was a moderate milk drinker, I grew to 5'10 where as my dad is 5'8. But my grandfather is 6'4 (On my moms side not my dads).

So there's a lot of factors that go into height. Just eat right, exercise, run, stretch those bones, and sleep.

Hows your posture? You can gain an inch or so just by having better posture, and not slumping.

i stopped growing at 18... you can still grow a bit
