So I'm very athletic, I'm talking 2-3 hours of athletic activity every day. (Soccer, boxing, and ice skating.) I've recently learned what an "Athletic build" for women looks like. There are grown female athletes that bodies look like that, and I really don't want mine to look like that. I already have the athletic build, wide shoulders, no hips and no waist. Does this mean that I will have this body shape for the rest of my life? Would earing more calories help?
Why would my hips grow just because I'm an athlete? Is it because my body is focused on building muscles and fixing injuries instead of bone?
