Why do the people going through it deny it?
When do most people go through their mid life crisis?
Why do the people going through it deny it?
My dad went through one when he was 35ish, he started working out all the time and buying clothes that were much to young for his age, then he had another one when he was 50. I think its just a attempt to hold on to the way things used to be. You look back at your life and see yourself as vibrant and full of life and you want to feel that way again so you try to get that feeling by doing the things you did then and dressing the way you did.
Thank you
When they're nearing 50 it seems like. They deny it because the whole reason they're having a crisis is because they are in denial of being how old they are, that half of their life is finished.
That's a little sad, I would be so upset if I ever went through one.
True... I don't want to die young
Had a couple already, Catlady!!
Seriously, dad never had the chance, and mum prob won't either. She's just too busy all the time. Def not a mid life crisis cos she's busy. She's always been the same and is too happy with her own company when on her own.
Near between their 40's to 50's I think but not everyone goes though a mid life crisis only some people do.
Some people who were really happy in their younger years I guess.
People that spend a lot of time focusing on how they wish they could be young again go through a mid life crisis often. People that are happy with their again and focus on the positive things about being the age they are often don't go though a mid life crisis. It is to do with how happy a person is with the age they are.

Lol I was only kidding, you have to know how to spot them when they have a midlife crises :D
There were expected goals set for each age time line. If there weren't met, the person have an episode about it...
Well, I am going through a fifth-life crisis right now.
How old do you want to be them? You're only 17
Then* damn autocorrect
I got that at term from quarterlife crisis.
Well my dad bought a Porsche when he was 45 so I'd say anywhere between 40 and 50 is normal age for a midlife crisis
Somewhere toward the middle of their life.
people don't know when they are going to die.
In the middle of their lives.
So around 40 - 60
I thought it was 30
I would say in their 40's. Me... mid 30's.
Awww really? How does it feel? Is it a bad thing? This is really interesting.
My mid life was a good life and a bad thing. A learning thing
What happens during a mid life crisis?
Transition of thinking. For me what was important for me, to me. Its not all bad. Its a growth period psychologically.
Wow just like puberty. How long does it last?
