If a doctor gave you five years to live, what would you try to accomplish?

I'm lucky (and unlucky) enough that I live with the balance of 'Do it now, or you might miss your chance' and 'I still have to feed myself next week' already. It isn't a 'dead in five years' scenario, but I lost my brother when he was 26 and have had my fair share of serious illness, so can easily picture me moving up travel plans instead of 'waiting till I'm more financially secure.' I wouldn't, however, just cut lose and toss money left and right. The fact of the matter is someone's going to be left with that debt and I'm not about to hand it to my family.
