My favorite meal to cook is a simple but perfect bowl of Japanese ramen. I enjoy simmering the broth for hours, tasting how it changes, then finishing with springy noodles, soft-boiled eggs, and a bit of spicy chili oil. It reminds me of tiny ramen shops in Tokyo, warm, loud, and full of soul 🍜

I’m very good at grilling outdoors like steaks I can smoke a mean barbecue ribs I can smoke a turkey and I enjoy doing it. Inside I have no experience And not Much motivation for trying to be a cook. Just to be alone and eat it in five minutes that doesn’t interest me. But grilling is for family and parties. I can cook a good grilled cheese sandwich, though inside

yeah, been doing it since I was a kid so there's been plenty of practice...

the things I enjoy the most? anything that takes a few extra steps and have a bunch of ingredients as well... like a paella for example, something more elaborate
