I'm scared to go to the hospital for a check up this Monday. Help?

I'm almost about to have sinusitis,and my mom's gonna take me to the hospital this Monday for a check up. I'm actually kinda scared to go to the hospital again,who knows what dangerous thing they're going to use! DX

Need to get over this stupid fear,and fast. Can anyone help?

Fear not good sure. For it's not that bad. I mean I don't like hospitals as well but there nothing to be afraid of. Last time I went to the hospital for something. Was for a cat scan I think. They took some blood and everything. Basically I kept getting walking pneumonia way to often where I missed over 20 days of school for it once. It wasn't scary at all. Just mostly boring with all that waiting. So again nothing to be afraid up and nothing bad will happy. :)

Do not fear here, dear, my mom gets 'Sinusitis' all the time and I don't believe with her telling them her Symptoms, that it is a big deal at all. They merely write her a prescription of "C Pac" and send her home.

No, I said "almost". I'm not that close yet, but since I keep on sneezing, it's chances in occurring is higher than average. So I'm going to the hospital for a check up.

Sinusitis is inflammation of the nasal sinus, you either have or you don't, there is no almost. Hope you check turns out okay! :)

Forgot to add, the ENT will use a very thin ( like a piece of spaghetti) scope to look up your nostrils. It will tickle and make you want to sneeze but it won't hurt. You may get X-rays done as well.

They would not use anesthesia to do a scope of the nasal cavity. I don't think the asker knows what anesthetize means. They might however use a numbing gel to make the scope more comfortable.
