why is it called a 1000 calorie workout? unless that means it burns 100 calories for the entire session? damn that's a lot of calories burned in a day. honestly though that is too much for an everyday thing, the squats alone are gonna kill you. lol
So do you think its a proper workout?

What should I reduce it to? I really want to lose weight.
if you're new to working out I would take it easy and work at your own pace, give it time to build the conditioning and initial strength required to workout at an intense level. what is your goal? burn fat only? or burn fat while gaining muscle?
My goal is to be thin and all toned up. I do play sports like properly. Currently I play badminton.
thin and toned requires no gym so you can do this easily. but if you want to tone up you will have to train in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and body weight exercises along with a balanced nutritional diet plan. getting the body you desire is 70% diet and 30% workout.
Okay, so is this workout more than enough?
the workout you listed, I would cut it in half and do it at a higher intensity, meaning get your heart rate up and keep it up, working at 95% of your body's maximum power output every time with 1 minute breaks in between for about 20-25 minutes and you're done.
Should I put in skipping? How many should I do?

I think you should join a gym and maybe take a class or hire a personal trainer. Do you have any workout experience? Like when I was in sports in high school that's how I kind knew what to do. Especially lifting and agility.
You should do less squats but put on some weights. I do 15 x 3 (20 kg). My butt is burning afterwards..
I don't think that this is healthy. It might be really bad on your joints.
