Are Johnny Rocket burgers okay for a low carb diet?

I am going to Niagara Falls Canada today to celebrate Easter and we might dine out there as well. I want to know if its safe to eat John Rocket burgers when you are on a low carb diet. I will throw the bed away and eat only the beef.

if they have a turkey or chicken burger option then do that, don't eat the bread, get it protein style if you can (lettuce replaces buns).

If you're eating only the beef patty how could they not be low carb? I'm confused. You could always call ahead and ask too.
