I need to lose 5 pounds in the next week. Help?

Okay so I have an event coming up in a week, and I have been trying to lose weight for it. I managed to lose 5 pounds already, but I NEED to lose 5 more pounds in the next week. It took me too long to lose the 5 I did, so I need to know what I can do to lose 5 pounds quickly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated (don't say just starve yourself).
