If you're a normal weight, then why do you want to lose 5kg?
And it's for a similar reason why as you get heavier, it becomes harder and harder to gain more weight. The calories required to sustain your mass increase so the amount you need to eat to reach a caloric surplus also grows. That's why when you watch shows like "Biggest Loser" those enormous land whales are losing 10-20lbs a week just by eating a normal diet and doing light calisthenics.
As you get lighter, the amount of food you need to eat grows smaller and smaller in order to continue losing mass at a similar rate.

Because the "maintenance level" of calories depends on the weight of the person... thus fat people have a larger maintenance level of calories than a lighter person
Meaning that the fat person's body needs more calories a day to "maintain" itself more than a lighter person
Maintenance level of calories is approximately equal to 15 times your body weight in pounds
Nonetheless, weight loss is all about calorie in vs calorie out... you WILL lose weight if your calorie out is more than calorie in
If your maintenance calories is 2500 calories and you eat only 1500 calories a day.. then you burn 1000 calories that day... maybe you'll burn more if you do any additional exercise
Now, one pound of fat is almost 3500 calories... meaning that if you continue this above 1000 calorie burn for a week then you can lose almost 1 kg in a week
And your losing 5 kg goal will be successful in around 5 weeks or more

how, by add exercise and avoid fatty snacks, cookies brownies fatty! chips and crackers fatty! corn chips potato chips fatty. even popcorn hi fat unless the gross air pop popcorn, then use low fat butter spray.
the only snack left is pretzels and keep track of sodium.
Can you just drop them in a dumpster some place?
