How can I lose my love handles 😭?

I have an awesome figure according to my boyfriend. I'm just not satisfied with my hips. I've gained some slight weight over the winter because I got lazy and now I'm stuck with it. I want my figure back so when I put on my bikini I don't look weird with my sides all out. So are there any exercises that can help? I've heard jogging so far...
