If we want soft and moisturised lips, we should go for something which contains vitamin E as it is a very important ingredient in skincare and skin supplements.
I use this before I go to bed every night if I can remember. I find it to be quite good because my lips always feel better the next morning. And it only costs 6 Singapore dollars:

i recently got the softlips pomegranate blueberry cube chapstick and it works pretty good and tastes even better lol.

usually i use lip smackers strawberry lip balm.. but i guess thats more of a lip balm. if they're really bad i use carmex

Baby lips lip balm. They have tinted ones and electric colors that look like lipstick. They make my lips feel so nice lol.

I had that first one and it did that to my lips. I got the orange one and that didn't happen with that one. So maybe it's just some? I read somewhere that most chapsticks and lip balms have something in them that does that to your lips so that you have to keep using them. Not sure how true it is tho.

I love love love Aquaphor. It isn't a stick, it's a tube. Keeps my lips perfectly moisturized and soft with absolutely none of that build up waxy feel you get with some brands. It also lasts a while on your lips and a tube lasts months. I found it when I was having a serious chapped lip issue last winter. Relieved them from the first use and started healing immediately. :). Actually penetrates the surface vs most brands that only coat the surface.

Cherry ChapStick is yummy, though :)
