How long will I stay bloated for? Cause I can fit into any of my jeans?

I got my period 2 days or less ago and today was my 3rd day I don't weight much either I may have only gained 1 pound or so but I all my jeans are so tight and I don't even gain much...

this bloating frustraits me like anything...

bloating lasts the majority of your period, I'm having the sam issue. i only wear skinny jeans and i can't get my new size 6's done up I'm stuck in leggings and sweat pants. its because your insides are all angry about the fact your not pregnant and so they decide you can't wear what you want

Its so frustrating but I'm a size 9 and weight about 110 and Only gained 1 pound and can fit into my jeans...

I don't know why us girls have to go through such things with our bodies.

I think it takes about 2-3 days to fully flush out. stay hydrated.
