I've been thin my whole life without trying at all. 30y/o at 160 which is my heaviest. I have a tight stomach and decent arms. When will I get fat?

Whoa man, don't worry so much about potentially getting fat someday. Being thin your whole life without effort is a pretty sweet deal! Just enjoy it while it lasts.

A lot of guys would kill to be 160 and still have a tight stomach and muscles at 30. Heck, I'd be stoked with that! As long as you're reasonably healthy and active, I wouldn't stress too much about weight.

Your metabolism will probably slow down a little as you get older, so maybe in your 40s it won't be as easy to stay lean without watching what you eat. But don't go thinking you're gonna automatically blow up or anything. Lots of people stay in decent shape even when they're older if they put in some effort.

Just be grateful your body makes it simple now. Enjoy eating what you want! And if you do start noticing a few extra pounds later on, just dial back the snacks or do a tiny bit more exercising. Nothing wrong with wanting to feel good, but I wouldn't put unnecessary pressure on yourself either. You've got it made for now - focus on enjoying life, dude!

I love being thin. I have started gaining a few kilos aka pounds since I hit about 28 and sit down most days.
I'd say it's not so bad to be gaining weight yet I'm still gratefully slim.
I try to enjoy my 20s/30s while I can. After all, even I don't mind or care if, aging being aging, I'm balding at 40. It's reality I accept yet others would say "see a hair specialist for regrowth" or a wig and I may say "nah im cool about it" 👀😄😅
Same likewise, diabetes, health, teeth, heart, I always consider importantly my health - and at the same time, no advice, i enjoy my home cooked health meals as much as my treats and fast food and sweets.
I'm a realist is all. No advice 👀😁

People lead their lives as they choose or consult their doctors 👀 and I for one try to lead a balanced life existence while grateful I have metabolism while it holds, not ignorant that of course sugar and fats do add up. You know. Medium to Long term even. Dental bills. Etc

well you're lucky for one. but eventually you'll just start getting fat. you'll stop being as active because you're getting older and the weight will pile on
