EVery time I'm sick my appetite skyrockets? Whyy?

Hunger is your body's way of telling you that it's missing nutrients. Your body is probably just trying to heal itself faster by getting the proper nutrition that it needs. Don't feel like you can't eat and lose weight, just eat unlimited fruits and veggies. You'll become healed faster and you'll give your body what it needs.

This is common sense, when you're sick, you need nutrients and energy so your body can continue to fight. This is why when you are sick and don't feel like eating and don't, you won't get better.

Dude same thing happens for me, still trying to figure it out. Just thankful I don't get sick often otherwise it'd be problematic.

i don't know your daily caloric intake or weight requirements so i can't tell you. personally, i would eat whenever i'm hungry because i'm quite skinny
