If you're struggling to sleep, don't stay in bed and start twisting & turning, it's not gonna get you anywhere.
What I sometimes do is, I get up and switch the lights on and go get something small to eat and something to drink, I visit the bathroom and then maybe do a little activity (play on my guitar, read a little, mess around) and then switch the lights off and head back to bed and play scenarios in my head that'll never happen in real life 😂
Then I'll fall asleep. But DON'T go near electronic devices that emit signal, radiation etc. like your phone or television.

Before starting to try falling asleep I listen to relaxing Ambient music. It helps me to some extent.
I think about what's worrying me or what's keeping me up (like eating sugary foods/drinks) and see if I can somehow resolve the issue. I sometimes control my breathing, kind of do some meditation to relax my body and it sometimes works.
Best thing is not use technology right before bed. It keeps you awake. Stop using a laptop/phone about an hour before you go to bed, have a hot chocolate and let yourself relax before bed.
I listen to music and eat Taco Bell.

Well if I can't sleep the first thing I do is get off internet, my phone, anything that could distract, second I normally watch some tv show from my bed, that normally gets me to sleep, I used to try with music before but I didn't sleep until I turned it off, so there was no point on listening to it really, oh and I turn off all the lights and pull the blinds on the window, and it normally works, but if you really can't get any sleep maybe you should talk to a doctor

Or listen to sleepy music.i use 2 masturbate if in case... and yes most of the times i sleep after a few mins when i'm "done" basically
Run a mile and then back. I guarantee you will be tired.

I know this is going to sound stupid but I make up stories in my head until I fall asleep
Take deep breaths. relax all your muscles, and clear your mind of any thoughts. Also, putting a few drops of Lavender on your pillow will really help.
I also struggle with that. I am on a sleeping pill because of restlessness because my body can't get rid of iron. But now I am awake till after 1am and sleep till 11am which is not good for my studies:/
Go running or go lift for an hr before you want to sleep and it'll work
See a doctor about it? Pray to God about it as well
