They contain antibodies and stem cells which improve your general health and immune system. Stem cells can be used in rebuilding certain parts of the body. I read about a guy drinking it regularly and eventually removing his tumorous, terminal cancers. It's filled with so much goodness, I'm surprised we don't all drink it every day.

It supplies the baby with nutrition and helps build their immune system and possibly prevent ailments later in life. Formula can be substituted but it will not be the same as a mothers milk, but if a mother cannot breastfeed then it's the next best thing.

It makes a good story to say that it's more "natural" and healthy than unprocessed, unpasteurized milk. It does have good nutrients for infants, but there's no need to drink human milk as an adult. And besides, it's illegal in the US to drink or sell unpasteurized milk.
