Do you already do it? Do you wax or bleach

i have PCOS so I grow slightly thicker hair around my face more like a man so once a month I have to wax completely. However, I'm thinking about shaving.

Pcos is a bitch! Fellow sufferer here. Luckly I don't have facial hair. As a woman you should never put a razor blade to your face. Can you pluck? Maybe even those electric shavers. anything besides a blade

I can grow a legitimate beard so I have to wax. Plucking wouldn't help. It's nice to know there are more ladies who have it :) though I wish that wasn't something to be happy about

My doctor suggested that. After I save some money in deciding to give it a try.

For now I'll stick to waxing :) and deft ill add you

Shaving makes it worse, on some people the shaved hair comes back for thicker... I don't shave my face.

Do not shave your facial hair! It will leave like that dark look where it shows that you shave.. If I were you I would just thread it.. Honestly.

Shaving makes the problem worse. Continue waxing, eat more soy, get on birth control pill

You're not a doctor and shouldn't prescribe anything.
Soy is almost dangerous to people who already have a hormonal problem.

PCOS is polycyclic ovarian syndrome. I have elevated testosterone but some women have actual cysts on their ovaries. And no there is cure, you just handle the symptom. Hair growth like a man is one of them.
