What are some tricks y'all do for sore necks?

Sleeping is murdering my neck/shoulders. I just bought a new pillow and it's helped some. Still pretty sore and it's driving me crazy. So anyone know some tips?

Take a rice bag heat it up with warm water and place it inside a big sock
the best home remedy for sore necks.. Also they say ice is good for your
neck as well.

I give it a quick crack and make sure I sleep with a decent pillow in the right spot.

You should do neck stretches a few times a day. They have helped me.
