I may be able to help.
I have had acne since I was teenager. I have taken Accutane like twice. It kept me clear for a year or so but then I break out.
Recently I have started breaking out in a weird way. I knew my body was trying to tell me something. Now got a huge painful pimple that needed a doctor to inject it one after the other. I suggested to my nutrition doctor that I may have food sensitivity. I don t eat cheese and a little milk only because I know milk is full of hormones. I noticed when I had a greek yogurt I broke out with weird acne the next day. Same with eggs. Also I noticed papaya causes me to break out. I was not sure yet. There is something else that also may do this...
I did the immuno response blood test. It is expensive but good. It turned out I should cut dairy and eggs- also glutin. I was not very surprised because I did an online research.
The problem lies in our guts. Whatever you can t digest is treated by the body as a foreign body that should be attacked.
I am still in the early steps and can t tell you uf my acne is better or not. But I know that when I cheat abnd eat uce cream or so I feel bloated or have gas. I never noticed this before the diet.
I advise you to do an elimination diet. Cut dairy for 2 weeks at least and see what happens.
Good luck

I've found that my face responds much better to benzoyl peroxide than salicylic acid washes. Most OTC acne washes have salicylic acid so it's a little harder to find, but it's worth it in my opinion.
You could also try going on the birth control pill.
Try rubbing a mixture of honey and cinnamon onto your pimples and leave it on for a while, like a few hours (if you're not going out anywhere later on). You can also mix aloe vera into it, and if you have any bandaids than you can cover the mixture with one and leave it on overnight :)
Depends on what the cause of your acne is, which you won't know unless you go to a dermatologist.
So any diets you try or facial cleansers may very well be a waste of time (because I assume you've had it for a while and have tried several forms of treatment already)

My late moms friend her son had bad acne and the dermatologist
recommended using Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo, you wash
your face daily with it and rinse real good and repeat few times a day
try not to use harsh wash clothes or anything harsh always use your
hands or soft wash clothe when washing your face..'I dont want to go to a dermitologist because they are EXPENSIVE! And I dont want to take peerscribed medication.'
Good luck then.hmm I like egg soap, it actually helps prevent/remove acne on your skin also you can try tea tree lotion/skin/cream from body shop :)
static.rookiemag.com/.../...ish-egg-white-soap.jpgif you've really tried all those cleaners, wipes, etc. and all that crap you should check out Accutane
For inflammation and redness try rubbing ice cubes over the affected area.
I don't know how severe your problem is but I would suggest use something natural because chemicals can have other side effects.I've been trying to get rid of mine for years. I stopped drinking milk but that actually hasn't impacted it that much. Im going to try tea tree oil next
I have a friend who has severe cystic acne and what helped her was raw apple cider vinegar. Also, CeraVe facial soap is really gentle and usually doesn't aggravate the skin.
Try benzoyl peroxide. You can just buy it and it's not very expensive. It's special made against acne. Microdermabrasion doesn't help much more than just rubbing a towel softly over your face.
Milk may impact it. Try tea tree oil on effected areas after you shower. Before you sleep put some jojoba oil.
you may have sensitive skin. don't use harsh chemicals on your face.
A couple of friends of mine went on birth control and that cleared their acne right up.
Ask your doctor about itI don't know how much truth there is to this product, buy I hear "Kyoku" is REALLY good for acne. I've never tried it, but a lot of men and women love it.
What skin type do you have? Tea trea oil did wonders for my skin.
Needle roller will make your acne become worst. Roller suitable for scars not acne
