Sounds good to me! You have to make sure you keep this up though - don't make it a fad where you revert back to all your old eating habits after a few days or weeks because you will just put it all back on again. I would include 30-60 mins cardio 4/5 days a week and a day or two for weight training if you really want to tone up and not just lose weight. That way your body will have more definition and will look so much better! Stick to water though. Add lemon/cucumber/mint if its too boring :)
I'd suggest switching to a diet consisting of mostly fruit if you wanna lose weight. But this should work too.
Looks pretty good as long as your servings are big enough so that you get enough calories. Start off by using an online calculator to find out how much your maintaining calories are, then you subtract 300-500 calories from that. But never crash diet!
you can get hard boiled egg whites? assuming it comes in a shell because that's what it sounds like. unless you mean you'll just ignore the yellow birdy part and boil normal eggs lol.

If the edamame are salted I wouldn't eat them but besides that I think it's good. Also, almond butter has a lot of fat in it but as long as you don't have a lot of it then it's fine
