Do you have high eye number? Why does it keeps increasing?

What's your physical health like? How physically robust would you say you are compared to your peers?
What's your diet like? Certain senses (and therefore the acuity of) are linked to (the health of) certain organs in Chinese medicine. Eyes, to the liver.
General dietary recommendations: "Summarizing the foods which actively weaken and damage the liver:
refined salt.
animal protein and fats.
foods with simple sugar content- dairy products like milk, ice cream, cream; alcohol; all fruits.
all foods and drinks with refined sugar content- soft drinks, fruit juices, sports drinks.
all refined, processed foods, including refined flour products.
all cold producing foods like raw food, salads.
all spicy, hot foods.
any alcohol." Essentially the mainstay of most peoples' diets :) Note, this advice should be taken in the context of a thorough understanding of a macrobiotic diet, (one centred on whole grains and vegetables) not taken into isolation.

never heard of a eye number but my vision is 20/20.
You overused your eyes. It happens like this. When you need a rest, take it. Don't stresss out your eyeballs.
Old people 's eye sight normally improve when they don't use it as much as they were younger.
Thank. Side note. Wearing glasses will gradually increase the short sightedness. Contact lens dont have that effect.
