Its not unsafe but it makes your skin darker. And if you keep it on longer than 3-5 minutes, the cream may cause irritation. Try veet. :)
And if you have sensitive skin, dont go for it.

Nair, but it irritates my skin. It makes it red and itch. But hey! I have super sensitive skin. So it's all on you and your skin type!
