Is it unattractive to be depressed?

do guys find it unattractive if a girl is depressed? what i'm talking about is if they are dating for a little bit and either the girl tells the guy or the guy somehow finds out... would this make the guy want to break up with her?

Welp, I can be depressed AF and I can still get a guy, but it's definitely a turn-off for people who aren't patient. I had a friend that was just never happy and since I was depressed myself, he made my depression even worse. I tried to help him, but he wouldn't try to help himself. Our friendship ended, but it wasn't because I wasn't patient. I have a lot of depressed friends. He just made my depression get so much worse and it wasn't a good influence on me.

perhaps. Im a girl so i wouldn't know exactly. but if it were me, i would find being depressed a bit of a turn off. a guy should really try to help her out if he really cared about her. but if the depression is at an extreme case, it might frustrate your partner in the long run.
nothing wrong about being depressed though. If you are depressed, im really sorry and i hope you get better

I don't know about unattractive. But if I could get her out of her depression, then great. If not, then that will suck. I wouldn't ignore her. If anything, I'd try to help her.

It's kinda unattractive but no one choose depression upon themselves, it's out of control so it shouldn't be a deal breaker.
