I think what caused my horrible headache. Is thanks to wearing my contacts. I don't wear them to often. So maybe that is what triggered it. :(

there is web part of your finger and thumb when
you get a headache , gently squeeze that there
is pressure points that will help your headache

First I try drinking tons of water, then if that doesn't I take 2-3 Ibuprofen, and if that doesn't work drink a soda :) I swear the caffeine helps! So coffee might also help too...

Headaches are awful! I get them all the time! I have to take migraine medicine and sleep sometimes. It could be your contActs though. Sometimes I get them from wearing my glasses. Good luck

Sleep, I don't take painkillers on principle so I either ignore it and lay down/drink water and sleep it off if it's THAT unbearable. If not just ignore it.

Two extra strenght Tylenol, a lot of water, a cold compress or cold pack, and a dark, quiet room. A nap usually helps.
