Anyone else dieting, healthily, but keep craving empty calories?

I eat a balanced diet, Im not hungry, I just find myself cravin soda, candy, etc.

Anyone know how to stop it?

Please dont just say will power I have that.

To clarify, I am trying to lose weight hence the avoiding empty calories and dieting, trying not to indulge until I can get down to a healthier weight.
