and a super high heart rate.
It hurts my chest horribly to exercise, do you have any ideas how to get back up and moving, a better way to condition myself slowly? What's the easiest way to cut down on calorie? What's the best way to keep track of my calories? Think it will be possible for me to lose 35 pounds in 2.25 months?
