How to lose 10 kg weight in 1 month?

Well what I usually do that works is sit ups, V shaped flowing (I don't know the names to some of these), planks on elbows, hands, right side with one elbow and vice versa for left. 30 seconds on each plank at least. Then mountain climbers is also a good one. And one is lunges- putting one foot foward then bending it and do it for the other. These are some I do and i do see results.

Hold up, V shape thing. So that consists of sitting on your butt and make your body like a boat. Back slightly bent and legs off the ground. Think like you're rowing a boat, heave-ho. Pull legs back while arms go forward. And continue. I do it for like...18 times? But that's just me, do it at your own pace. Push yourself too much aaand you gonna feel the burn. But the burn could be too much. :c

Yes. Because I am getting fat for the last 2 months. To keep energy, I need to have my ideal body weight. This weight made me lazy and I also have high cholesterol. That's why my company advise me to lose weight. Because I am not in a good health because of my body weight.
