    Remember what you're doing it for don't focus on the pain that occurs when you are working out focus on the goal you set for yourself tell yourself I'm not going to quit and that you have a strong will and are disciplined enough to know that you're going to accomplish your workout you could try doing different exercises if you allow your body adapt to the same old routine you will get bored set new challenges for yourself with new exercises and it will keep you motivated

    You'll be disappointed in yourself, and you know you can do it.

    When I bike long distances or do heavy weights, push yourself to reach the goal you set. Set a reasonable goal that you know you can achieve, and there's no excuse barring actual injury.

    Favourite music and try to do with a companion. You stimulate each other, certainly if you are the same level. Try to make a little contest. Faster cardio, lifting heavier, ... If you run or bike, instead of doing it in a gym, do it in a park or forest. Much nicer.

    im always motivate.. i dont even use music.. but that why i love the gym... never miss the gym and watch so motivational videos of fitness girls or something. u need too find what works for u. some people take pics when they start and they keep cheking the evolution.

    During a workout when I'm losing motivation, I think about a friend of mine who is battle cancer right now and would do anything to be normal again and be in the gym lifting with me, he gives me all the drive and motivation in the world

    I just focus on the weights, proper form and look at what I will be when I achieve what I set out to achieve.

    Also listening to Greg Plitts motivation videos before a workout or the Rocky soundtrack doesn't hurt.

    Shorten the routine. Vary the exercises. In fact doing long reps of the same exercises is counterproductive.

    Take a break drink some water and catch your breath for about 5mins and keep telling yourself when you start that you are going to reach your goal and that you can do it

    when i allready started i might as well end it... i never think about skipping something so maybe a fixed plan for every day helps. having no "optional" workout parts helps to complete it.

    I think of an outfit/swimsuit I want to look slamming in and that usually keeps me going! If not, I think about the fit actresses my boyfriend finds attractive. That one hurts, but it's effective.
