100 by 10 reps until done as fast as I can
100 by 10 slowly throughout the day
Does that work^^^^
To build muscle you have to stress/tear your muscles then if you rest and eat a lot of protein they will repair and grow. But it takes a while I think most people will get about 1 to 2 pounds of muscle a month. So it's slow process but it's worth it y won't want to go back.
Yeah! anyways i am training for the military so its not that I really want to pack on mass its more just for reps.
Yeah but a 100 push ups is pretty difficult I do need practice.
sure. but vary the routine. Also do more than one kind of push up.
So wides daimonds and standards
How do I alternate to reach the 100 because I can't do 10 diamonds. What would you suggest?
doesn't matter. Try to keep the reps low (not more than 20) and try and exhaust yourself as fast as you can on each set. It isn't the number of reps but the exhaustion so you know you have worked all the muscles. The more exhaustion, the more those more minor muscles will benefit too.
Thanks!

more reps at body weight will help get you toned/ripped.
U think a strap on chest weight set couldn't hurt?
if you can handle it then its fine. just don't do too many otherwise you'll hurt your wrists.
I think you should put a timer for example like a minute, and then do as many pushups as you can, not looking really stopping when reaching a certain amount
You might try the Perfect Push-Up. That was invented by a former Navy SEAL. Those guys know a thing or two about fitness.
